Questions
What's the difference between Free and Best?
Free designs use a faster AI model and never use credits; you can make up to 100 a month. Best quality designs use our most capable model for stronger layouts and writing, and Best quality videos can add a voiceover written and voiced for you, if you want one. Anyone can add a voiceover in the editor for free. See the same description made both ways.
When are credits used?
Only when a finished design comes back to you. If something goes wrong and no design arrives, for example you see an error or the request times out, no credits are used. A design you receive uses its credits even if you don't like it.
What if I don't like a result?
Open it in the editor and change anything you like, free. Or try Improve my design in the editor, free while it's in Beta, and the AI will rework it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@movidmo.com. Credits already used aren't refundable.
What about sales tax and VAT?
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout adds any sales tax or VAT for where you live.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are processed by Link, a Stripe service, so your card details never reach Movidmo. See our Terms of Service.
