Common Questions
Is Movidmo really free?
Yes. The video editor, image editor, templates, and the AI video and image makers are free to use, and your finished videos have no watermark. A free account is needed to save and download your work and to use the AI makers.
Can I use what I make commercially?
Yes. Videos and images you make with Movidmo can be used commercially, in ads, on social media, and on your website, for your own business or for a client's.
How long can my video be?
Up to 60 seconds, in wide (16:9), square (1:1), portrait (4:5) or vertical (9:16).
What file do I get when I'm done?
Videos download as MP4 files in 1080p or 720p, with or without sound, or as a GIF. Images download as a PNG, with a transparent background, or a smaller JPG.
Does the editor save automatically?
No. Click SAVE to keep your work. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, the editor asks first.
Can I upload my own music?
Not at the moment. Choose a soundtrack from the music library, which is licensed for the videos you make.
